Product Overview
Upgrade Your HVAC Tools for Perfect Precision
“This unit had thermometer attachments that allowed the measurement of manifolds. It helps you have a temperature vs. psi verification. It has a zeroing function that lets you set a baseline before pressurization.” - Bob
Why Get Our Refrigeration Digital Manifold HVAC System Gauge Set?
✅Easier Readings: Without accurate temperature and pressure readings, diagnosing issues like leaks or blockages is harder, leading to longer repairs and higher costs. The Refrigeration Digital Manifold HVAC Gauge Set provides precise, real-time measurements of superheat, subcooling, and refrigerant temperature.
✅Easy operation: Unlike traditional knob valves, our digital refrigerant gauges feature upgraded V-shaped ball valves with low fluid resistance for more accurate refrigerant control. A simple 90° turn easily opens or closes the valve, saving time. The V-shaped valve has advanced corrosion-resistant materials and dual sealing surfaces for a tight, long-lasting seal.
✅Wide Range: The HVAC manifold supports multiple pressure and temperature units (kPa, MPa, bar, InHg, PSI, °C/°F). It features stable 32-bit processing, a viewing window for refrigerant monitoring, and a non-slip silicone design. The set includes temperature clips and refrigerant hoses (burst pressure: 3000 PSI).
✅Versatile Monitoring: HVAC gauges can be used to test automobile AC, home AC, refrigeration equipment, and cold storage systems. This Digital Manifold HVAC System Gauge Set has a built-in database for 93 refrigerants, allowing it to detect a wide range of refrigerants. Test data is displayed clearly on a 3.5-inch backlit LCD for easy reading.
?FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: How do I verify the accuracy of the temperature?
A: Remove the black wire with the silver metal from the temperature clamp and place it in boiling water. If the temperature reads 100°C or has an error of ±3%, it is normal. Note: Ensure proper temperature unit conversion between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
Q: Does this gauge have a micron reading function?
A: No, this refrigerant manifold gauge does not support micron reading. The accuracy of this unit is limited to -101 kPa to 0 kPa.
Q: Why does the pressure value fluctuate slightly? Does this indicate a leak or inaccurate data?
A: Due to current industry hardware limitations, achieving a completely sealed valve is difficult. The sealing of our gauge hardware can reach up to 99%. However, these slight fluctuations will not affect the gauge's performance.
?REMINDERS
-
NOTE:
-
The gauge temperature may vary by up to 3% from the actual temperature.
-
When powered on, the HVAC system gauge will display random numbers. Press the ZERO key to reset it.
-
Vacuum Test Operation:
-
Switch to the vacuum function and press ZERO to reset the data to 0.
-
Close the blue valve tightly and do not connect any hoses to the corresponding inlet.
-
Connect the vacuum pump to the gauge’s vacuum inlet using the yellow hose.
-
Open the red valve, then connect the device being tested to the corresponding red hose to start the vacuum operation.
-
Note: During the vacuum test, only the red valve is used. Keep the blue valve closed to prevent air leakage and inaccurate test results.
-
How to use this set properly:
-
1. Power on the unit, close both valves, and press the ZERO key to reset the reading.
-
2. Connect the three-color hoses, then open the valves and use the unit normally.
-
3. The silver metal part of the temperature probe must be in full contact with the object to ensure accurate temperature readings. You can remove the metal part to test the temperature directly for better accuracy.
-
4. Ensure the refrigerant hoses and temperature sensor clamps are properly connected. A poor connection will prevent temperature readings and may cause refrigerant leakage.
-
5. Before use, confirm the rated pressure value of the equipment being tested.
